DGS 9.9 Kip Club Affiliate Program Terms of Service:

By filling out the signup form you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them. These terms may be changed at the management's discretion.

1. Joining the Program
5% calculated on item's displayed value, shipping not taken into account. The 5% is not a discount; it is a credit that will be administered to the affiliate via check. 5% commission will be paid monthly by the 15th of each calendar month to all affiliates with a balance of $20 or more of commissioned sales. For those with less than $20 worth of commissioned sales their balance will be held until $20 is accumulated. At that point we will mail the check to the address provided to us upon your registration with the affiliate program.

By filling out the signup form you will automatically become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our web site to receive a commission on products purchased by your referral individuals.

2. Affiliate Links
You may use graphic and text links both on your web site and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions set forth by DGS 9.9.

3. Affiliate Tracking
When a web surfer clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate username. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along with your affiliate name. When this person decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or they are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database.

All orders must be placed online through your affiliate link. Orders held in shopping cart are held for 7 days by our system, after the 7th day those items are emptied and the user must again click through your affiliate link if you are to receive your 5% . Users must stay within site once the user clicks through your affiliate link. DGS 9.9 can not assure that credit will be given if the user browses to other sites and then returns to make purchase. Orders are tracked by both cookies and unique IP addresses. Directly surfing to http://www.gymsupply.com will not record credit, the user must use the uniquely rendered affiliate link which will be provided to you upon registration. Credit will not be recorded for orders made through phone, or fax, however you may always call us at 800-932-3339 to ask questions before ordering.

4. Terms of the agreement
These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

5. Liability
We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our web site. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our web site. will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Affiliates hold no connection to the opinions and standards held by DGS 9.9 therefore an affiliate may not speak on behalf of or act as a representative of DGS 9.9. An affiliate does not have the right to promise discounts, rewards, shipping times, returns, company decisions, or any other rights held by DGS 9.9. The affiliate status is solely the ability to make a commission on purchases made by those persons buying items through the affiliate link.

6. Revocation of Affiliate Status
This program is reserved for clubs and teams only, individuals may not apply to become a member of this program. Accreditation is based entirely upon the discretion of DGS 9.9. Membership may be revoked at any time by DGS 9.9, upon termination a written statement will be provided to you either by standard or electronic mail. Basis for termination may include fraudulent use of affiliate status, displaying lewd or indecent content along side affiliate banner, speaking on behalf of DGS 9.9, and other isolated instances. In some cases such as fraudulent and unethical use the user's credit will be forfeited.

Affiliates may cancel at any time by logging into their Kip Club administration page and selecting op out. Upon cancellation a check encompassing the final balance will be mailed to the affiliate's address on file with DGS 9.9.

7. Cancellation and Affiliate Information
Affiliates are also responsible for updating their own contact information from this Kip Club administration page. Incorrect information may result in checks not being mailed or being mailed to errant addresses.

Upon agreeing to Kip Club, affiliate program the individual charged with administering the program agrees to the terms of service mentioned above and is solely responsible for the accordance with these standards.
